4th of July trip

We made the journey to Idaho Falls to celebrate the 4th of July and spend some time with Grandpa Schank!! G and G Johnston and Jess, Ken and the kiddos also made the trek. Its an added bonus that Uncle Jason and Aunt Melody live in IF too! It was sooo good to spend time with some family and enjoy some fun little excursions.  We hit up the river to swim...the pool... went to the zoo... the parade... the fireworks... had a family BBQ... and threw a little party for Melody's birthday.  And made some stops on the way home to the Madsen's and Dill's :)

Bridger's 3rd Bday

THE BIG 3!!! Bridger had a fun birthday... loved all his presents and had fun with his friends. He couldn't wait to open his presents this year. On his real birthday we took him to the free kids movie and the water park (in the rain).  He had to wait 3 days till grandma, grandpa and uncle taytay got here for his little party though.. it was tough! We had some friends and family over to the house for all his favorite foods (pigs in a blanket... frozen berry yogurt salad...spinach strawberry salad...and chips :)), to open presents and chow on some cake and ice cream. Your family loves you Bridger... we hope being 3 is as awesome as you are!!

According to Bridger at 3 years old... his favs are...
Color: blue
Food: hot dogs
Sport: soccer
Person: Brother (Parx)
Thing to do: Play with Max
Animal: Crocodiles (hmm....we are watching a croc wild kratz right now)
Toy: my sword
Place: Pizza place
Best Friend: You.. pointing to me (mom)
What do you want to be when you grow up: a Knight

B man is in the 49% for weight and 63% for height which is a pretty big jump since he's always been so teeny. He always wants to snuggle.  He is still OBSESSED with yogurt and his blanky.

He's too cute for words...

Ensign Ranch

Back to Ensign Ranch we went... with the Cranstons and Redfords.
I've probably said it before but its the perfect place to camp with kiddos... even a wee one.
Camping with Max wasn't as bad as I pictured, besides getting out of my sleeping bag in the middle of the night to feed him when it was 35 degrees... BRRRRRR!

The older girls had a photo shoot with max..they must have been bored :)

We tuckered this one out... back to Moses we went... shirtless.
