We had such a fun Memorial Day weekend!! We headed to the Bagley's house on Saturday early afternoon to hang in Seattle for the weekend. We had to make a quick stop at target once we got there to do a little shopping since Ty thought I packed for him and I thought he packed for himself...whoops. I think that's more his fault than mine :).
Saturday night the guys took the older kiddos to a Mariner's game and we stayed back and just hung out and ate ice cream while the wee ones slept.
Sunday we went on a super cool hike through a forest to the Pudget Sound. It was the perfect hike with kids. Hard enough that I felt accomplished when we were done but not so hard that the kids couldn't do it themselves. And bonus there were giant slugs everywhere.
Monday morning we got up and headed to the zoo... and whoa. We underestimated that place... it was huge and took a couple hours longer than we expected. Why are the lions, tigers and bears always asleep? The penguins and the otters are the best... They put on a show!
It was an awesome family vacation and we all had a blast!!!
